How many tests do I need?
Depending on the type of website you have and how often you need to check the performance of your pages, we recommend you get a plan with more or fewer tests. One test equals a single URL examination for a desktop or a mobile page. Therefore, you need to consider the number of monthly pages you need to evaluate.
If you have a relatively small website, you can opt for the Standard plan, with which you can test up to 100 URLs daily.
For a medium-size website that requires more exhaustive monitoring, we recommend the Pro plan, through which you can examine up to 350 pages with daily and hourly tracking.
The Business plan will be your best option for large sites requiring continuous inspection as it includes real-time monitoring for up to 1000 daily pages.
Think about the changes you make to your site. For example, if you run an ecommerce business or an online newspaper where you make constant changes to your site or add new pages, we suggest performing tests more frequently.
Does Befast work for both desktop and mobile?
Yes, you’ll be able to see your results for mobile and desktop on any plan. Befast monitors and shows the data for both devices.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently, you can use your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay ) to set automatic monthly or yearly subscriptions.
We have other payment methods available for enterprises, so don't hesitate to contact us if required.
Do you offer not-for-profit, educational or open source discounts?

Does Befast have an alert system?
Yes, the app sends you email notifications with metric changes, so you are always up to date. The alert system is included in all plans, except for the Starter plan.
What happens if I upgrade to a higher plan?
You can upgrade your plan by accessing the plan page and clicking the "upgrade" button. We will renew your subscription instantly and only charge you the price difference.
After that, you'll pay the subscription fee for the selected plan either annually or monthly as you have chosen.
What if I need more than what you offer in your business plan?

Yes, we have a free 14-day trial, so you can try the paid features before purchasing.
Where can I get an invoice?
After the payment, you'll receive an email with the payment receipt. You can also download your invoices at any time in your account settings. Go to your user profile > Account > Invoices > Download your historical invoices.
Will my paid subscription be renewed automatically?
Yes. Once you subscribe to Befast, your monthly or annual subscriptions will be charged automatically until you cancel your plan.
